General Contract

Measurement Solution, Inc. does not guarantee the products it sells but defers this responsibility to the actual manufacturer of the products. The manufacturer is responsible for ensuring that products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, as defined in the warranty provided by each specific manufacturer. Measurement Solution, Inc. agrees to assist with the repair or replacement of products supplied by Measurement Solution, Inc. or the original equipment manufacturer if found to be faulty in materials or workmanship. This warranty is limited to defects arising from normal use and does not cover faults or failures resulting from misuse, negligence, modifications, or repairs made by other manufacturers.
