Return Policy

You must contact Measurement Solution, Inc. within 30 days of the purchase date for approval and an RMA (Returned Goods Authorization) before returning any items you purchase. At that time, Measurement Solution, Inc. will contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to determine if they will accept the return. All returns will be inspected upon arrival. Returned items must be in their original packaging and must not show any signs of damage. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the denial of your return request, and the item will be shipped back with no credit issued.

If it is determined that the equipment was mishandled, abused, or not used properly, the return request and warranty will be void. Any alterations to the equipment will also void the return and warranty. OEMs have the final say on returns, and while Measurement Solution, Inc. will always act on behalf of the customer, we must adhere to the OEM’s decision. All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. In lieu of a restocking fee, some OEMs may allow for an offsetting order. Shipping charges are not part of the return policy and will not be credited. Any shipping charges and service fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

All shipping, handling, and service charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are separate from the product price and cannot be refunded or credited. Measurement Solution, Inc. will make every effort to ship your order the same day if the item is in stock at our warehouse. For items drop-shipped from the OEM, they provide a 3-5 day shipping window, but no guarantee is made. If the item is on back order or has a lead time, Measurement Solution, Inc. will update the customer via email regarding any shipping changes.

If the back order exceeds the OEM's quoted lead time, the order may be canceled with no restocking fee (except for custom products). If the order is within the OEM's quoted lead time and the customer cancels, a 25% restocking fee plus service charges will apply. Most OEMs will not ship to freight forwarders. Orders to freight forwarders must be routed through Measurement Solution, Inc.'s warehouse and re-shipped, which incurs an additional charge. International orders will also incur an additional service fee for the extra resources required for shipping.

All overnight shipments require prior approval. Shipments to residential addresses will incur an additional service charge and may experience delays due to a verification process, potentially delaying the order by up to two weeks. In an effort to combat online fraud, any order using a personal email address will also undergo a verification process, which may delay the order by up to two weeks. Orders where the "ship to" and "bill to" addresses differ must be confirmed prior to release.

Repair Policy

Products that are defective due to a manufacturer's defect or poor workmanship may be eligible for repair or replacement at the OEM’s discretion. An RMA is required prior to shipping the equipment to Measurement Solution, Inc. or directly to the manufacturer. Once the RMA is issued, the equipment can be sent back to the OEM for repair or replacement under warranty. Freight charges related to the shipment of the defective product are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise authorized by the OEM.

If the OEM determines that the equipment is not covered under warranty, the customer may opt to pay for the repair.
